Margarita Rozenfeld is the CEO of Incite International, the award-winning leadership development company providing consulting, coaching, facilitation and training services to non-profit, government and private sector clients seeking to align their vision, culture and people.

Margarita is a frequent keynote speaker on topics of leadership, cross-cultural communication and diversity, entrepreneurship and organizational development. Her expertise has been featured in the Atlantic, the Washington Business Journal, Washington Post, My Business Magazine as well as several books on entrepreneurship and organizational effectiveness.

Margarita is extremely involved in the D.C. non-profit community, including the Center for Nonprofit Advancement, Best Kids, Kidsave and the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE). For our community work, Incite was awarded Greater DC Cares seal for social responsibility. Margarita is the founder of YES!Circle, a networking, advisory and educational organization for entrepreneurs in Washington. Margarita is also a graduate of Leadership Greater Washington, Class of 2010.

Prior to launching Incite in 2002 Margarita was a Management Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. She managed projects involving international environmental security tours and conferences for participants from the United States, Latin America and Partnership for Peace nations. Margarita began her career at Chemonics International, managing USAID and World Bank-funded projects in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Margarita holds a degree from James Madison University in International Affairs and Spanish and a graduate certificate in Organization Development and Change Leadership from Georgetown University. Her passion for international development, exploring different cultures and intent to change the world has compelled her to travel, live and work overseas. Margarita has studied in Spain, worked in Honduras and the United States with international clients, and traveled extensively in Europe, Asia and Latin America. Her uniquely integrated educational, organizational, international and coaching experience enables her to work with a diverse, multicultural clientele in English, Russian and Spanish.
