Carlos Carrazana is an accomplished executive with extensive experience leading organizations through periods of change, growth, and transformation. He has served as interim CEO or COO for organizations with budgets ranging from $30 million, such as Fos Feminista (formerly IPPF/WHR), to $950 million, as with Save the Children. His strength in leadership, coaching, governance, and working with management teams and boards of directors has consistently driven success in both the private and public sectors.

Carlos finds interim executive roles highly rewarding, leveraging his consulting background to quickly adapt to new contexts and cultures. Most recently, he served as interim COO of Fos Feminista, an international alliance supporting sexual and reproductive health, rights, and justice across 42 countries. This assignment ended in February 2025. At Fos, Carlos managed operations, technology, finance, and social impact investing initiatives.

Previously, as interim COO of The Trevor Project, he led efforts to establish the organization’s Mexico office. At the League of Conservation Voters, he championed environmental advocacy and accountability as interim COO. Carlos also served as interim CEO of Pact Global, a $250 million nonprofit supporting marginalized communities across nearly 40 countries.

Carlos’s earlier career includes nearly a decade as Executive Vice President and COO of Save the Children, where he shaped global strategy, and as COO of the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, working toward an HIV-free generation. His corporate experience includes leadership roles at Deloitte’s Emerging Markets Practice and JPMorgan Chase.

Carlos holds degrees in economics and finance from Bentley University, an MBA in finance from American University, and an MPH in maternal and child health from the University of Miami. He also teaches part-time at Georgetown University and serves on the boards of the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, and The Trevor Project in Mexico, where he chairs the Finance & Investments Committees.
