John Koehr is a strategic association leader serving professional societies and trade associations across science, engineering, and allied professions and industries. As President and CEO of Koehr Consulting Group, he provides interim executive leadership, fractional executive leadership, and on-demand consulting services to address complex organizational needs.
John brings extensive executive experience across organizations ranging from $3M to $120M in revenue, with staffs of 7 to 350, and diverse governance structures and revenue models. He has served four associations, including two science and engineering professional societies and two construction trade associations.
He provides on-demand executive consulting to help associations navigate complex challenges and strengthen performance, governance, and operations, adding senior-level capacity precisely where and when it is needed.
