Wanda Pierce is an accomplished mission-driven leader with a record of success managing organizations and business units. She leads a consulting practice that capitalizes on more than 25 years of management experience in the nonprofit sector.
Wanda provides a range of services to nonprofits including interim executive services for organizations in transition, organizational assessments, strategic planning, and board development. She is highly experienced in organizational, program, staff and budget management.
Over the course of her career, Wanda has served as the executive director of three nonprofits including: a direct-services youth development nonprofit, a start-up nonprofit and a community foundation. In addition, she has recently served as interim CEO for a Northern Virginia 501(c)3.
Wanda currently serves on the board of directors of a regional nonprofit developer of affordable housing.
Wanda earned a BA in economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
She is known for her knowledge of nonprofits and her motivational public speaking.
